Saint Chapelle
Began sometime after the year 1239, and is considered Saint Chapelle among the highest achievement of Gothic architecture. Cost built by King Louis IX of France to house his collection of emotion effects, including the Crown of Thorns of Christ, which is one of the most important monuments of medieval Christianity. Although damaged during the French Revolution, and restored in the 19th century, it retains one of the most comprehensive on-site collections of 13th century stained glass anywhere in the world
